This module teaches you how to manage talent and HR operations effectively by aligning people strategies with business needs and executing day-to-day HR responsibilities with confidence.
Gain the skills to respond to workplace issues professionally, legally, and ethically.
This module provides hands-on exposure to HRIS platforms, with guided, interactive demos that walk you through real-world HR workflows.
Apply what you’ve learned through a scenario-based capstone designed to demonstrate your readiness as an HR generalist. Participants may also opt into up to 50 hours of job shadowing with HR executives to gain real-world exposure and deepen practical experience.
