Throughout the cohort, you'll complete hands-on projects inside our proprietary HRIS environment, built from the ground up to simulate the tools, workflows, and business challenges HR professionals face every day. Leveraging concepts and best practices informed by our partnership with ADP, you'll gain practical experience in project management, performance management, analytics, and strategic reporting. More importantly, you'll leave with tangible project experience you can speak to on your resume, in interviews, and within your current organization as you take on more strategic HR responsibilities.

The capstone project is a practical, real-world assignment that allows you to apply the concepts, tools, and strategies learned throughout the cohort. You'll demonstrate your ability to think like an HR business partner by analyzing a business challenge, developing recommendations, and presenting a strategic solution using the frameworks covered in the program.

Do I receive a certification?

Yes. Upon successful completion of the capstone project, you will earn an ADP-powered digital certification badge issued through Certifier, a nationally recognized credentialing platform.

How long will I have access to the course materials?

You will have 90 days of access to all course recordings, materials, templates, and resources.

Registration includes live instruction, a Business Partner Playbook, templates, HRIS demonstrations, hands-on projects, a project journal, access to the Black In HR community, and the opportunity to earn your certification.
