The Launch Your HR Consulting Firm Mastermind is a six-month, step-by-step program designed to help HR professionals build, launch, and grow their own consulting firms. You’ll move from idea to full business launch with coaching, templates, and accountability.

Do I need to have a business already?

Nope! The program meets you where you are. Whether you’re just exploring entrepreneurship or already freelancing on the side, the mastermind will help you build structure, strategy, and systems.

How much time should I expect to dedicate each week?

Plan for about 2–4 hours per week. That includes live sessions, implementation work, and networking inside the community.

Will I get personalized help for my business?

Absolutely. Even in the group setting, you’ll have access to Q&A coaching with Ciera, accountability pods, and optional 1:1 strategy sessions.

How long will I have access to materials?
